                                                                • A really nice recipe with an Oriental taste! One of the most important ingredients in Chinese cooking is Noodles. Although varying in shapes, according to Chinese tradition, noodles symbolize a long life and good health, therefore, noodles should be served long and uncut. I've prepared using Chinese noodle, green onion, mushroom, broccoli, mung bean sprout, cabbage, snow pea and soy sauce.
